Married at First Sight
Two strangers sign the papers on camera, then find out what they agreed to.
Two people who have never met sign a marriage licence on camera, and the series spends ninety episodes on the part nobody films: the mornings after the paperwork. The engine is asymmetric information. Each spouse is hiding one thing about why they agreed, and the audience learns both before either of them does, which makes every ordinary conversation a near miss.
Episodes run 60 to 90 seconds, so arguments compress to one line and one reaction shot, and most episodes cut before the apology. Structurally this is a flash-marriage story told from inside the marriage rather than from the wedding, which is why it carries 90 episodes without a villain: the conflict is the contract itself, and the question is how long two strangers can keep re-signing it.
